Oliver Eills, CEO and Founder

 

Oliver Eills is the Founder and CEO of AdVentures Americas, a media firm specializing in premium aviation solutions for brands targeting UHNWIs and HNWIs across the United States.


With over 20 years of international experience in media and advertising, Oliver brings a global perspective to building America’s leading international media solutions business. He began his career at Condé Nast in London before taking on senior roles at News UK and The Economist Group. Following his position as Advertising Director for the launch of Monocle Magazine, Oliver joined Publicitas, then the world’s largest international media representation firm.


There, he partnered with some of the world’s most respected media brands, including Nikkei, South China Morning Post, Schibsted Media Group, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, American Express Publishing, and The Washington Post. He launched Publicitas Middle East and later became Managing Director for Publicitas Americas, based in New York, where he expanded commercial partnerships with The Globe and Mail, Lagardère, and Televisa and led the company through the industry’s shift to digital, programmatic, and audience-first strategies.


In 2023, Oliver founded AdVentures Americas to help brands engage one of the most powerful and elusive audiences in marketing today. Through curated media environments in private aviation, he enables clients to connect efficiently and effectively with UHNWIs and HNWIs, delivering results through premium placements and international media partnerships.


Oliver holds an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge and is a veteran of the Honourable Artillery Company, the British Army’s oldest regiment.


 

Patrick Williams, Managing Partner

Patrick Williams brings a rare combination of media expertise and entrepreneurial drive to AdVentures Americas, where he plays a central role in helping brands and agencies expand their reach and connect with high-value audiences.

He has held senior leadership roles across several start-ups, including Zeamo R360 Global, The Thursday Room, Vetr, and DailyWorth. His ability to apply the fast-paced, agile mindset of start-ups to the world of premium media makes him a natural fit for AdVentures Americas and its mission to deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns.

Previously, Patrick was Publisher of Worth Magazine, where he led the title’s successful relaunch and guided it to profitability for the first time. Under his leadership, the brand introduced new revenue streams, from native content marketing to bespoke events. He also founded the Leading Wealth Advisors section, which has since become a cornerstone of the magazine's business model.

Before Worth, Patrick was part of the executive team at Sandow and earlier served as a publishing executive at Condé Nast, where he played an instrumental role in the pre-launch and launch of Condé Nast Portfolio.

Patrick spent 14 years with The Economist, splitting his time equally between London and New York. He was relocated to the U.S. to strengthen advertising sales across the Americas. Prior to that, he held positions at The Telegraph and The Financial Times.

Educated at Cherwell College and Ampleforth College in England, Patrick now lives between New York City and Long Island with his wife, Susannah de Bromhead, and their three children. A passionate long-distance runner, he has completed eight marathons, including the Marathon des Sables.
